We are proud to support career development through our apprenticeship programmes. From the office to the field, our apprentices gain valuable skills while building their careers and we are committed to guiding them every step of the way.
We are delighted to share the journeys of some of our talented apprentices, including those who have successfully completed their programmes, those who are close to achieving their goals, and those who are just beginning their careers.
Meet some of our current apprentices
Skye and Abigail joined Gow as Apprentice Business Administrators. We are thrilled to share that they have successfully completed their apprenticeships and have now taken the next step in their careers by beginning their HNC in Business at UHI.
Skye says: “My Business Administration Apprenticeship has allowed me to earn while I learned, giving me the opportunity to gain real experience, valuable skills, and a strong foundation for my career in a supportive and friendly environment”.
Morgan joined the organisation in 2024 as an Apprentice Business Administrator, successfully completing her apprenticeship. She now focuses on marketing, where she continues to develop her skills and support key initiatives.
Terri joined the organisation as an Apprentice Business Administrator for Gow Plant Ltd and is currently completing her SVQ apprenticeship. Discussions are underway regarding her future progression within the company.
In the field team, Luke, Alan, and Rhys are Apprentice Plant Operators. Luke is currently progressing through his apprenticeship and has completed his college studies. Alan is continuing his college training in England, while Rhys is due to begin his college training in the near future.
