Job Title: Apprentice Plant Operator
Rhys is our 3rd Plant Operator Apprentice to join our team. He will start his training by supporting the day-to-day operations of our plant hire department and learning how to maintain plant before attending the CITB National Construction College in Norfolk to achieve his CPCS Trained Operator Card. He will continue his training on-site, where he will be supported by experienced plant operators and supervisors.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills, and build a career in plant and construction operations. The apprentice will work alongside experienced staff to learn safe working practices, plant operations, and maintenance.
